SEASONING
A balanced spice blend that builds warmth and depth.
Steps of Cooking:

PREP
Boil 100 gm baby potatoes for 5 mins. Prick the potatoes. Fry it for 5 mins & keep aside.

COOK
Add Gravy into a pan & cook for 3 mins on medium flame. Mix Seasoning with 25 ml water; Add to gravy & cook for 2 mins on low flame.

FINISH
Add potatoes & 25 ml water to the prepared masala. Simmer on medium flame for 3 mins till gravy thickens.
