ONION TOMATO GRAVY
A slow-simmered, flavour-rich base that carries the soul of the dish.

SEASONING
A flavourful spice blend that brings bold heat and aromatic depth.
Steps of Cooking:

PREP
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, red chilli & curry leaves. Saute 100 gm chicken in it for 10 mins & keep aside.

COOK
Add Gravy into a pan & cook for 3 mins on medium flame. Mix Seasoning with 25 ml water; Add to gravy & cook for 2 mins on low flame.

FINISH
Add chicken & 75 ml water to the prepared masala. Simmer on medium flame for 4 mins till cooked.
